These recliners are really good quality. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is that my husband and I both need back pillows, which might just be our worn out backs. I really love this chair and the beautiful taupe leather is way prettier than the Wayfair picture, which has a tint of lime to me. The actual color is beautiful taupe, like a hot cup of coffee with a bit of cream. The chair is very comfortable and the first time l relaxed in it l took a much needed nap!
