This chair is big! So big it wouldn't fit through the door in the box - thank goodness I had paid extra for indoor delivery - so the delivery guys were awesome - unboxing the item outside and then setting each piece inside and then hauled off all the packaging. It was very simple to put together. It is very comfortable. Only complaint I have it is very difficult to almost impossible to get the foot rest back into the down position.
