I am giving this 5 stars for 2 reasons. One, they are great chairs at a reasonable price and two,the exceptional customer service at Wayfair. I am a long time customer and the main reason is I know Wayfair will stand by everything they sell. When things go wrong, like w/ this particular order(the screws did not fit the chairs) they sent 2 new chairs and paid to have the first 2 to be returned. The set of two chairs arrived in one box. Assembly was fairly straight forward and may require two people handling a couple bits of the assembly. My husband assembled this alone. The table arrived quickly in one large flat box. It was simple to put together. It Took about 30 minutes. All the holes lined up perfectly. I liked how there were two extra screws, in case one got lost. The table looks great! The metal looks like wood and I really like the classic look. The table feels sturdy.
