Love the look of the chairs but they are very firm. I think they will soften Over time. The only reason I give it a four is because of the firmness because I don’t like that I have to work them in . Also their name says linen but the ones we got are not linen. Our purchase was very confusing because when we bought them they did not have linen in the name and the picture was of a leather chair. After we ordered them the email confirmation came and said it was a linen chair so I then proceeded to cancel the order because I did not want linen. The cancellation was too late so the chairs shipped anyway and we were to send them back once they came and Wayfair was picking up the cost because we tried to cancel them before they shipped. . However when the chairs came they were the faux leather like the picture showed which is what we wanted.. So before you order them you want to validate that they are not linen (or they are if that’s what you’re looking for ) in case they changed some information on it because of our situation.. Lisa.
