well engineered and sturdy. mounted a 32" flat screen in the wife's office. hardest part was deciding where to install the mount. certainly would buy again and recommend to others. stays flat against the wall or adjusts to any position necessary for personal viewing.. Bob. MD. Thu Feb 04 2016
