Upon looks alone everything is great, but during installation we had to find fittings to extend the jets and shower head to be able to make them able to screw in right with the wall and tile. I wish there was an easier way to be able to order spare parts from the maker. Update we were able to find fittings on our own, but the makers also contacted me back but said they don’t make any themselves. I may never leave my shower. I had to buy a connector to install it in the ceiling, but I think it makes it more luxurious. My only complaint is that I have a hard time remembering which way to turn the knob to have the water spray from different places. Also I don’t have a way to have the water coming out from the rain shower and the wall jets at the same time but maybe this was an installation error. Manuel. Hollywood, FL. Thu May 09 2019
