To roll out dough to the correct thickness you need to use the right rolling pin for the job! Both beautiful and functional with its one-piece 18/8 stainless steel construction, this thin rolling pin is a french style rolling pin measuring in at a generous length of 18 inches, and 1.5" diameter at the widest point. Pre-chill the stainless steel pin to help keep the dough cool while rolling, and prevent dough from clinging. Tapered from the middle to each end for maximum control, it rolls out the dough thinly by pushing it from the middle, ideal for proper pie crusts that are both tender and flaky. Also great when making homemade pizza, the pin rotates easily around the dough for creating perfect circles. Keep your dough's fate right at the palm of your hands.

This beautiful accessory is completely natural, with no varnishes or lacquers. No two are exactly alike due to natural variation in the color of the wood. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher. Never soak or leave water on the wood during drying as it may result in warping over time. Regular application of butcher block oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood.
