Prokan products have great customer service! We bought our island on wayfair and 2 years into enjoying our outdoor island the light in the fridge goes out. I called wayfair first and they told me, tough luck, you have had your item for 2 years and there is nothing we can do for you. I contacted Prokan company directly and they assisted me and sent me a new fridge for a very reasonable amount. They sent us a part to fix the light for free, but that didn't work so they sent us a new fridge. We really wanted the glass door we originally had with our island fridge and at first they said they are not sure they have anymore like that in stock but to our surprise they found one with a glass door and sent it to us.
