When I placed my order I was a bit confused. I thought this was an entire recessed lighting unit, but it is only the outer trim. I contacted customer service and got everything straightened out. And the agent who helped my was very pleasant and had what I needed sent out in a timely manor. This trim piece itself is very good quality and worked out well once I had the housing unit for it.. D. Very nice quality replacement shower light ring. My only complaint is that I wish it were a bit darker to better match my rubbed bronze fixtures. This one has more of a copper tone.. Jonathon. Scottsdale, AZ. Sat Jul 27 2019
