Hello, I purchased a Sewage Pump Basin from your website, but I received the wrong item. Instead of the Sewage Pump Basin that I ordered, I received a drain snake / drain cleaning machine. This is not the product shown in my order. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially because this was my first purchase from Wayfair. I also no longer have the option to request a return through the website. Please let me know how you can resolve this issue and send me the correct Sewage Pump Basin that I purchased.
