Love how this rice cooker works, definitely better than my old rice cooker with aluminum pan, in that this new one is clearly non stick, as in all the cooked rice comes right out of the pan soon after cooking. As for the rice scoop and the steamer, they seemed to be more flimsy than my old one, and was surprised that the steamer was made of plastic, the one that came with my old one was the same as the pan, made of aluminum, and old scooper is more solid and sturdy.
