We really are happy that we purchased this cover to go over a mini-split unit. And, we were very pleased with the assistance we received from customer service when the first cover arrived dented and chipped. We received the replacement quickly and the return was easy. We like the size, the style, and the color of the cover. The only "complaint" is it did not come with assembly directions; my husband found an online video that demonstrated assembly.. Anonymous.
