I was somewhere between a 4 5. 5 for looks and elevated aesthetic. 3-4 for quality. We had a professional from Wayfair put together and the instructions were not great and caused his to split a piece. Wayfair was great and sent another but the second installer did the same. It is just really fragile wood that splits easily when tightening the lock on the waterfall piece of wood that gives the cascading looks. Also, we had a freak accident where our golden doodle was wagging his tail by the cascading wood and got his tail stuck and it literally pulled about 12” off of his tail down to his vertebrae.
