Solid chair overall — feels sturdy and well‑built. My only complaint is that the backrest isn’t as tall as the photos suggest. You can’t lean back and rest your head on it, which was a bit disappointing. Since this was an open‑box item and not returnable, the price and construction still make it a worthwhile buy. The instructions were crystal clear, all hardware and parts were included, and nothing was damaged.
