This tile is incredible! It arrived with no breaks, but it did have some chips on a few tiles. My installer said no big deal & he would use those for cuts. He is working on it now & I can't wait until it's finished. The product and Wayfair are awesome! The freight company that delivered it, THE ABSOLUTE WORST. If they use US Pack Home to deliver to your area, be prepared for anything but good service. I conveyed all of this to Wayfair & to corporate with US Pack Home, so hopefully no other customer goes through all of the frustration that I did. The way I was treated by the freight company was totally unacceptable. I appreciate how Wayfair stepped in and contacted the freight company's corporate office. Favorite tile ! Delivered with very very little damage. Bought 12 boxes and only one piece came chipped but our tile person was still able to use it. Easy to clean. Love this tile, but the matching bullnose is garbage. The color rubs off where it rounds down when you grout. It's cost me in excess of $600 in labor charges to have the contractor to tear it back out & the frustration of having to find another tile and some quartz to use for trim. A bargain ended up costing me a fortune. Still waiting to hear back from Wayfair regarding my refund on the 8 boxes of bullnose. But this 12"x24" tile in Lake is absolutely beautiful.
