I’ve loved these rugs and I’ve bought quite a few and I’m never disappointed, but I must say a couple of times when I did have a problem with the color changed on a couple of rugs I called Wayfair and they took care of the problem and did expect me to have to roll it back up wrap it and then get it in the truck take to return it and get it out again… that’s a lot to expect when your customers are not all going and Strong . lol so TES THEY ARE VERY VERY HELPFUL AND I DO APPRECIATE ALL OF THEYRE HELP !
