If you want any pressure, you'll have to remove the flow restrictor. That helps, but we still do not like the circular spray pattern with no jets/water in the middle. Also, the adjustable flow setting does not seem to work or make a difference. We would never buy this again. Disappointed in Wayfair's usually great customer service. When I called to return it for a refund, they said I got it "for free" because of discount when applying for Wayfair credit card. Great, they applied my discount to a defective item I do not want instead of to the rest of my rather large order ugh.. Tammy. US. Mon Dec 21 2020

It was a great shower head but the tools to put it on the shower were not included and it took a few days to buy the right tools to install the shower head so that it didn't leak. It was used almost immediately upon connection and had different shower speeds from gentle rainfall to harder spray.. Patrick. Kent, WA. Sun Dec 31 2023
