We love the oak veneer addition to other oak highlights in our bathroom. The only drawback is the plastic hardware which is difficult to adjust tightly, permanently. Will change out.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

This is a heavy-duty toilet seat. Easy to install - as toilet seats usually are. The silver hardware is a little bigger and shinier than I expected. I do not mind, but wonder if it will get nicked and show wear. For now it looks great. The wood is also a darker stain in real-life than in pics - walnut rather than mahogany. Also ok with me, but might not work for everyone. It does have silent close. Not sure that was mentioned in the description. I just replaced a very flimsy toilet seat I ordered online, so I was happy this one was so sturdy. Delivery was earlier than predicted!. Jenifer. Jones, OK. Sun Sep 13 2026
