The ads are correct, these are non stick. We had no issues with pizza stuck to the pan. With the holes in the bottom and the circulating air it did make the crust crispier. If you like a crispy crust you will love these pans. If you prefer thick and chewy, you might want to stick with something different. It's a matter of preference. They are exactly what they advertise.. Laurie. Albion, NY. Thu Aug 20 2026

Makes a great pizza! I had always used a pizza stone prior to this but found it heavy and annoying to clean. I am very happy with this steel pan and my pizzas have been perfect every time!. Zoe. Newmarket, NH. Mon Aug 03 2026

The Farberware Insulated Bakeware Non-stick carbon steel Pizza Pan helps you make scrumptious homemade pizzas. Featuring a carbon steel frame, this pizza pan is sturdy and durable. The non-stick feature of this Insulated Bakeware Nonstick Carbon Steel Pizza Pan by Farberware ensures that your pizza crust does not stick to the base and slides off easily. The perforated base distributes uniform levels of heat, making your pizza crunchy. Excess steam and heat is released from the holes, making sure your pizzas don’t get soggy. It can be used at a temperature of 450 Fahrenheit. This pan can be hand-washed in warm water.

Pizza crust gets very crispy and the pan is an enormous size and it does not require any butter/oils so pizza won't stick. A pic of my laptop next to it for you to see how large the piza pan is.. Fabiana. CA. Sat Jun 04 2016
