This chair is great and suits our little county room that it's in (sits at a desk). Packaging came without any damage. The seat bottom is positioned in the packaging in a way that the support rests against it. It has taken a few weeks to get this far, but the groove that remained on the cushion of the seat after removing it from the packaging is going away.
