An African Santa in a red and black plaid coat will greet friends and festival. Christmas tree decorates with berry needles and pine cones in right hand and WELCOME sign in left hand. Red hat decorates with retro bells echoing pine cones. Flashing LED lights are still cheerful and bright at night.
