Ordering is a bit nerve wracking since there are only a few pictures of the different color options, but the product looks great so well worth the leap of faith! The two-star dock comes from the lack of instructions (I can figure it out, but it can’t be assumed others can) and for the lack of mounting equipment. Mine came with just one wood or sheet metal screw (for mounting into the fascia of my house) which has a powder coated head and will be impossible to match, and zero anchors. Serrano (standard) "do it yourself kit" lighted address plaque features a galvanized steel frame with a tough bronze color powder coat finish. Plaque can be seen up to 100 feet away at night and comes with 4" black polymer numbers 0-9 twice and a tube of adhesive glue in the box. Low voltage, plaque runs between 12-14 volts and can plug into your existing doorbell transformer. A set of bulbs are included with 10 feet of low-voltage wiring.
