Built a new house and picked the Etch. Our plumber installed the bar sink faucet, then discovered that the matching faucet for the main sink wasn't available. Moen is apparently trying to find a new supplier for this model, and the matching faucet won't be available until 2015. Like the bar faucet so much we're willing to wait, but what a pain! Plumber had to install a substitute faucet for the main sink so we could pass our final inspection. As for the Etch, love the square base, and the pull-down faucet is easy to operate, very smooth on the pull-down movement, easy to hold in the hand. We got it in chrome, and if they had the matching main sink faucet plus another bar faucet in stainless, we'd make the switch and get it sooner. Alas, they don't have the Etch in ANYTHING right now, so we wait with 'bated breath until January, and Moen, you'd better come through!. Pickygirl. Northern California. Wed Oct 24 2018

Bought this Moen faucet for my new kitchen remodel. It is solid built, has a strong water spray. My only complaint is the spray wand. The black plastic has some scuffs. I am not sure if it is a flaw in the plastic but I called Wayfair. Customer associate was very helpful. (This was one of the photos I submitted.) I hope the part can be replaced, even though it should not affect the unit. My new composite sink is rather deep, and seems to get more water splash outs. I took the spray wand weight off so it manually hangs. That is the one down side of a high neck faucet! But overall, this faucet is a beauty.. Susan. Martinez, CA. Sat Dec 28 2019
