Installing with the Ell as a DIY project looked like a potential disaster so I bypassed this step. Setup was otherwise straightforward. Wife and I love the adjustable height, water settings and the look. Wish the oil rubbed bronze finish wasn't so expensive but at the time of purchase, Wayfair had best deal. Delivery was quick, package intact and contained all parts. Pleasant shopping experience!. Olusola. Spring, TX. Sun Dec 29 2019

I love the look of the Basic Hand Shower faucet but if you are looking for something that will angle, this is not it. We ended up keeping this but we added an additional shower head with a diverter. Now it is perfect! Wayfair shipped very quickly. I am giving it a 4 only because It only stays in one position but it is my fault for not reading all the details on this.. Debra. Brandon, FL.
