It is power-loomed from a blend of materials, including jute/sisal, cotton, chenille, and polyester and features an all-over design surrounded by a wide border in hues of blue and pink. The 0.02” pile height makes it a relatively flat foundation for your space. Plus, it holds up well to high traffic – think kid and pet activity – and doesn’t impede doors from opening and closing. To care for this rug, vacuum without a beater bar or rotating brush and spot clean with water and mild detergent. We recommend rolling it out over a pad to prevent shifting.

While this rug has a canvas backing, we recommend rolling it out on top of a pad to prevent shifting.

I like the look and feel of this rug; however, it is significantly darker and bluer and less pink than in the pictures. Also, it was listed as being 12 feet long, but I purchased two and one was 11 ft 7 in and the other was 11 ft 8 in. There were a couple imperfections, like loose threads in a few different spots. The colors of this rug are just beautiful. This rug has the unique quality of having a ton of character and dimension while still managing to play a neutral role in the room. I bought a flat weave rug once before and it lacked the softness I like underfoot so I was worried about this one but while it is quite thin, the fabric is so incredibly soft. I purchased a 1/4” non-slip pad to place under it to give it just a little bit of plushness and it’s perfect. Do not hesitate on this rug! Really nice rug—it’s not soft, but we have kids and didn’t want to spend a lot on a nicer rug since it’s in a high traffic area. The otters conceals spills/stains nicely and it cleans easily.. Danielle. San Juan Capistrano, CA. Fri Oct 21 2022
