First off, it's 96 pounds, and you will need help with it, being 96 pounds of dead weight. Don't try to be Superman, you will get hurt. It's a pretty good upgrade from the plastic one I had before. It's very sturdy and big. You can even put a 65-inch on there if you're feeling up to it. The instructions are okay but they are confusing. I had to disassemble it a few times to correct the issue. You will need help flipping and rolling throughout, so if you're tall and decide to assemble it higher, be prepared to deadlift it to put it back down on the ground again. I would recommend putting some kind of padding underneath before final assembly, so if you need to drag it to adjust or move it, so it won't tear up your floor.
