Deeply disappointed. Rugs are poorly made and the weave is distorted. Have waited several weeks for them to flatten without success. Purchased these to replace some Millwood rugs I purchased several years ago. Was very happy with those but the new rugs are not even close the same quality. Deeply disappointed.. Raymond. Pretty rug, but just not quite the right colors for my room so I returned it. It came very tightly rolled up and it would have been a lot of work to get it to lay flat. I would have kept it if the colors had worked.. Diane. Kansas City, MO. Sun Dec 28 2025
