I absolutely love my new pilliows. I ordered the 28 x28 size. The shipping was quick and the product description is exactly as specified. I took a few pictures so future purchases can get an idea of how big the pillow actually is in person and a side profile for the level of fluffy-ness lol. I also took an up close picture so you can see the little feathers inside. A few things I want to include in my review the pilliows arrived in clear air tight/ vacuum suction plastic wraps. So yes they were compact. Just read a keep the instructions which came on a card. I fluffed the pillows with my hand and put them in the dryer for 10 minutes low heat and they definitely were fluffed right out. The care instruction card also had specific washing instructions for these pilliows as well. (no bleach allowed lol). I washed them before putting on my bed. It does take up to 48 hours or more for them to air dry and then put back in the dryer for 10 minutes. Front load dryers are recommended but not required if you don’t have one.
