The mat fits my computer desk area perfectly. However, it is not as transparent as I thought it would be. It's clear but has a frosted design to it. It had a slight plastic odor that went away within a day of opening. It wasn't laying flat from being rolled up in the box, so I took a hair-dryer to it for about 15 minutes, which fixed the issue.
