Just received (haven’t taken the plastic off yet) and it’s better than we thought! The insert (with the bears) is a solid wood piece and the designs are metal. The lamp shade has subtle bear tracks (not tacky) on it. The shipping (took longer than we hoped- but, it is Covid) package was huge and very secure so no damage when arrived.. Suzanne.
