This can make so much more than Greek yogurt (which is amazing in itself). It arrived yesterday, has already been used once (for yogurt) and is going to be used to make artisanal butter tomorrow and Labneh (a Middle Eastern cheese yogurt - hard to explain, but delicious) this weekend.
