Quality of product and price. Unfortunately because I was attempting to install in a previous location where the other sink had been, the sizing was wrong. Wayfair made it very easy to return item for a refund (minus shipping cost) but the item was picked up at my door from FedEx and I didn’t have to go drop it off ( although that is an option too).
