We bought this after having a portable one that was damaged after the first minor windstorm. This hoop is so heavy duty. The bolts and nuts are massive and it weighs a ton. It was actually pretty easy to put it together and they provided the wrenches. I put it together myself as a 42 year old woman. However it will take a couple of people to mount it into your ground. They also provide extremely large and heavy anchors. We have not yet poured our basketball court pad so we haven’t done that part yet. I also didn’t add the net yet as it’s fall and rainy and I don’t want to wear it out. Overall, the price of this is amazing for such a massive and sturdy hoop. It should last a long time. Victoria. Seems well made but a bit concerned about it falling over. You have to fill it with sand which I did but it needs more. Will probably keep a cinder block on it as well. The three stars is because it was difficult to put together. You need a minimum of two people but three would be better.
