Fine artist and muralist Julia Purinton divides her time between the gentle landscape of north shore Boston and a small rural village in Vermont. Both places provide plenty of material for her evocative landscape paintings. She describes her Massachusetts studio as " a "dog kennel, potting shed, mud room, and sanctuary." Working in oils, acrylics, Venetian plaster, and glaze, Julia's artwork has the luminous glow of images by artists who influence her: Maxfield Parish, Winslow Homer, and the Brandywine River School painters. Many layers of glaze create the atmospheric moods of her landscapes. Her work is found in galleries on the east coast.

This is just what I expected and it works great in my room, so glad it already had the hanging wire attached!. Meg. Greenwood, IN. Wed Aug 08 2018

Bring a cosmopolitan look and feel to your living room or bedroom decor with this chic painting print. It features a city scene entitled "An Evening Out Neutral" by artist Julia Purinton, and it showcases people casually strolling through a park as dusk lightly falls on a city. This giclee print is made in the USA on canvas, and it has tones of pink, beige, and gray that bring a romantic atmosphere to your space. Plus, it's hand-stretched over a solid wood frame for a gallery-wrapped look. Wall mounting hardware is included for easy installation.

The canvas is really beautiful and placed right above my bed. It’s a romantic looking photo and fills in the empty space on my wall nicely. Would be nice if hooks came with it to hang (I used large command strips to secure it. I put enough strips to hold 48 pounds- the canvas is about 3 lbs? So I’m sure it is secure enough :). Cristie.
