Timeless style is the hallmark of a lovely set of two transitional dining side chairs. Each chair features turned front legs, with wooden construction in a lovely antique gray finish. They feature tall, slatted backs complete with an arched detail on top. Padded seats are upholstered in gray fabric for a clean, classic look that preserves a neutral color palette to complement the surrounding decor.

these chairs were pretty easy to assemble. i really like the classic look and neutral colors. however as it stood them both upright and got ready to put them to my table (first time i had seen the rear) i saw that there was a torn area at the back of the upholstered seat. looking closer i realized that there was a screw (not a type that came to assemble) that had torn through the base of the seat. this had happened at the factory ( a power screw driver). this chair should have never passed a factory inspector. i may be able "back out" the screw and repair w wood glue. disappointed! *****upon reexamination, i believe that i actually caused the rip. my apologies to the manufacturer!.
