The first mirror broke in transit and Wayfair replaced the whole order. The second mirror arrived with terrific packaging, though there was one tiny chip on one edge. It is a thin mirror, so it is pretty flexible once on the wall. But I won't lean on it, I won't notice the tiny chip, and I am glad to have it hanging in my bathroom.
