Such a beautiful couch! Just got it today. Delivery men came in set it all up, and even removed all garbage! Very nice people. The couch material is so soft and fluffy I love it. The color is perfect and exactly what I wanted with my crazy messy children! I will add, the couch is on the firmer side. I really wanted something a bit softer but I do feel the cushion inside will break in and get softer as we use it more. It’s very comfortable though nonetheless. The firmness does not make it uncomfortable. There’s some give to it and feels soft if that makes sense! Haha. I was very hesitant on ordering a couch without feeling it first but I am happy!!. SUPER Firm couch, but Im ok with that because it just needs some sitting on it to get a little give. Its the kind that feels like it just need wearing in and then it wont be TOO soft. Its so easy to pull out the bed and to put it away. And Im surprised at just how much storage is in there. I can fit 3 full size pillows, 2 sets of sheets, a down blanket and a comforter. There is still a little room. The best feature is the pull down cushion in the middle. I didnt think I would like that...seemed a little tacky, but I think its amazing! Im actually thinking about buying another one for a 2nd room. Its that good. I didnt give it 5 stars because its advertised as dark gray, box said dark gray...but it appears as blue.
