these are great looking and just right for a small bit of dipping sauce or a few capers or chopped onions or crumbled bacon or chopped hard boiled egg. because they are so small you can cluster several by the dinner plate without crowding the table. very elegant--perhaps even for a chocolate truffle--great presentation!.
