This is a nice rug. The loop pile might not hold up to dog claws in a high traffic area but for our nursery it works. It's more of an aqua/turquoise blue and a slightly yellowish chevron pattern - a little brighter blue and a little less white than expected - but overall happy with the purchase. Note the stripe thickness is not consistent throughout, which makes it more unique. Definitely needs a rug pad to prevent sliding on hardwood.. Jennifer. Raleigh, NC. Tue Aug 11 2015
