I was looking forward to getting this chair because of all the features it has to offer. But when we put the chair together which was slipping the back on to the brackets and attaching the 2 controllers only took about 5 minutes. One of the controllers controls the reclinelift part and the other is for the heat and massage. The heat massage controller wouldn’t work. I contacted Wayfair about the issue and within hours I had a confirmation email that a new one was being sent. I received it later that week. Excellent customer service! The chair is gray and a cloth material with cup holders and ports to plug in your phone or laptop. It seems to have a lot of support when sitting in it. This couch is easy to put together, you just attach the back and two arm rests but it is heavy, you’ll need help with this.
