This is such a great chair. The massage setting is a little bit more of a vibrate but the type of vibration does vary which is nice. As mentioned in other reviews the heat only works when the massage function is on. The chair comes in a rather large box so it worked better for us to open the house and bring the pieces in. This chair is a great size and very sturdy and comfortable for my 6’ 200lb husband. Overall very happy with it but we have noticed the seat is already showing an indent after about a week of use.
