Installation is as easy as opening the box. I thought you would have to screw the four sides to the base but it comes pre-installed, and they have a nice design.
If you have a dark color couch(like me brown), then a white ottoman, would be a nice contrast. However, even if you have a white couch, the white otoman will still look nice in your living room.
I like the amount of storage 200 pounds. Caveat, Latitude run has a similar model, for about $20-30 more but you are limited on the colors. If 200 pounds of storage is not enough, you can get up to 600, with the bigger model. The other caveat is that your only color options are two, black and brown.
Personally, I do not need to store that much weight and this ottoman does the job. I am very happy with the quality overall, it looks sturdy and nicely built. I do not care if it is faux leather because it is an ottoman. With a 10% veteran discount plus a 10% sale, I was able to get it for $98, under $100.
Since I already spent about $850 on my leather couch, and $50 for some nice, more modern looking legs, I only had a budget of about $100 to work with. if you are in the same station as I am, you will have a difficult time, finding something of similar quality, in this price range.
To be honest, I tried to look for something negative, but I cannot find anything bad to say about it so the 5 star review is justified.
As a veteran, I cannot lie to my people. Honestly, you cannot go wrong, and I was a bit skeptical about ordering furniture online however, my fears were put away.
I have already ordered two items from Wayfair and I will be ordering more things, in the future.
Also, if there is a problem, with the 3rd party Vendor, Wayfair will help. The 3rd party vendor did not send the legs for the couch so Wayfair gave a credit back of $230. The legs were only $50 so I was able to pocket $170. If the 3rd party vendor makes a mistake, you have Waifair as a security blanket. The difference between a storage ottoman and a regular one is in the name; you can store things such as your blanket and pillows.
