We just put together the Lounger yesterday.
I tend to write a number of reviews for products over the years. In any case, I thought this one I would provide to you. Please see the attached images of an issue.
Let me commend you on a number of things that are excellent in every way:
apparently made in America, though can't be validated
sturdy HD build
quality fabric and padding materials
good design
providing tools and touchup paint
well written instructions
extra hardware
nice hardware clutch bag
You should know that the box was delivered, fairly damaged. I have pictures but not important here as there was no effect on the internal components.
My only gripe is the quality control. As you will notice in these pictures is one of your Part G tubes. Apparently, one was not manufactured properly on the ends. Ironically, this piece before assembly was noted to have two spring buttons in the pipe. However, the problem is trying to spring the U-Tube Part F to the Parts G AFTER assembling Part E per the instructions. I needed a rubber hammer to get these to try and fit. Since that didn't work, I had to assemble the Parts G to Part F BEFORE pushing them into Part E. This where the problem begins. You will see that one of the Part G tubes will not seat all the way into the Part E tube due to a wrongly created buttonhole or impression on the tube end.
This was very disappointing and ruined my final impression of the total product and fabrication.. Eileen. Lunenburg, MA. Fri Jun 25 2021
