Pros very aesthetically pleasing, love the storage space, easy to fold out into the bed, comfortable to sit.
Cons a bit stiff (a mattress topper could help, but I only have the occasional visitor), the legs to put on the bed part were a bit tricky since the holes were drilled in at an angle so it took a bit of work to get that in, but not too bad.
