This is my first "adult" couch and it's perfect! Delivery was relatively easy. They brought it into my apartment building and up the elevator. They were having trouble getting it out of the elevator and into my apartment and I was very grateful not to have to do it myself. The automatic call was very accurate and the men arrived 25 minutes after it (they said within 30 minutes). The men were a little hard-handed with the couch and I thought they may damage it but it proved very sturdy. It comes fully assembled so all I had to do was attach the legs. You definitely need 2 people to do this (just to set the couch on it's side carefully and then lift it up again). The couch is a bit still but will break in. The dark color is TRUE BLACK, just like other reviews said. It looks like it could be grey in the pictures but it is 100% black. It will be hard to keep white lint off of it but will hide any mishaps with food or drink. The bottom pillows can come off and are kept in place with velcro. The back pillows are attached. The legs are solid wood and are dark brown. The couch is long enough to fit someone of 6 feet without having to scrunch. Overall I am impressed with the quality of the couch for the price.
Wayfair is also great with customer service. I had read in another review that the couch had been deeply discounted after they ordered and they were able to get money back. I kept my eye on the listing every day after order and sure enough, it went down $11. I waited out for more but eventually called to see if I could get the difference. I was extremely nervous and felt like I was being silly asking for it but the woman didn't ask any questions and immediately said that they will respect any price changes in your favor up to 7 days after delivery..
