Sofa was delivered much earlier than expected -BONUS !! GREAT JOB ARNOFF delivery!! VERY PLEASANT EMPLOYEES!! Nice, comfortable sofa. I chose the open box option. No returns. Be careful when choosing this option. Had I known it had been dropped on one end (not by delivery company ARNOFF) , I would not have purchased it and chose full priced one. The outer box was all taped up and the wooden shipping frame was broken. One end is loose in comparison to other end.
