The dresser is a great edition to our room. The first one we received had an issue with the ball bearings on one of the drawers. We were unable to get parts to fix the drawer. Wayfair representative told me this was a relatively new company they were dealing with. Overall the quality seems ok, but the description compared to what I received is simply wrong. This piece does not have dovetail construction and the item we received does not have a USB port at all. I am also not too sure it has ball bearing drawers as they appear to just be mechanical slides. The look from the front is as it should be. We have initiated a customer service resolution so I will update if they get back to me. I have posted pictures of the drawers to show it is simply not dovetail and for the price, it should be.
