I never had such a bad experience before! From the two guys that brought the furniture, just one could lift and carry the stuff but the second guy wasn’t a help at all! As a result, both – sofa and loveseat – got significant damage; pictures attached. I was extremely upset with this damage and doubted about the loaders’ professionalism. Their response to my frustration was: our door was too narrow. First of all, my entry door is absolutely standard; and secondly, I had the experience with furniture delivery before without any problem. The loaders always found the way of how to bring the furniture inside the house without any damage: they turned the furniture under the different angles, if needed, and made other manipulations. But not these guys! So, I paid good money for delivery and assembly but got the damaged furniture and the great frustration! Now, I have to figure out how to repair my new (!) expensive furniture and pay money again. Who will compensate that expenses?! I strongly believe that Wayfair has to adjust my spending for this order because of such a bad delivery and required repair.. Lyudmila. Columbus, OH. Sun Jun 12 2022
