There’s a flaw in these chairs. The crosspieces that connect the legs are flimsy. The provided screws do not secure them adequately. We got our chairs in October and have had secure those cross pieces several times. This morning one of them broke and I’d like to know how I go about rectifying this. No reply from Wayfair!!!.
