This striking oval mirror is framed in hammered metal which is finished in a lightly distressed gold leaf that radiates warmth and sophistication. The bright gold tone feels fresh and luminous, while subtle distressing adds depth and character for a refined, artisan look. The gently concave profile of the frame creates a beautiful play of light across its surface. As the gold leaf curves inward, the coloring shifts slightly-appearing richer and deeper in the recessed areas and more radiant along the edges. Organic yet elegant, this mirror brings a tailored glamour to entryways, powder rooms and living spaces. May be hung either vertically or horizontally.

These beautiful mirrors are statement pieces! We ordered in gold and they have sort of an antique-y type feel. They feel so high quality, my only gripe with them is that you can see the “seams” where different parts of the frame were joined up and one of them is coming slightly apart already.. Allyson. I love this mirror. It looks very nice! I recommend this mirror to anyone looking for a nice mirror!. Delphine. Woodstock, MD. Mon Oct 05 2026

The beautifully carved thin profiled wood frame and accented crest give the Moreau mirror an old-world charm that is still valued today in classic traditional decor. Each frame is crafted and finished by hand in rich and opulent antique gold. Whether it is the horizontal or vertical versions these mirrors add a design element that remains timeless.

It's a beautiful mirror and looks exactly as on the website but it weighs more than 8 lb as described, closer to 13 lbs (package was 13 lbs and there was nothing in it besides the mirror and styrofoam). Still not so heavy that you need two people to hang it up. It also it did not come with any anchors or nails so you will have to provide that yourself. After hanging it up, I realized the gold frame is REALLY gold-- as in yellow gold. I wish it had a more faded or antique gold color.. Anonymous. Mon Jul 13 2026
